We are looking for a Part-time Receptionist to join our team at Koester Pavilion in Troy, Ohio.

You will work 2-3 days a week and every other weekend serving our residents and visitors in a efficient and timely manner. Greets residents and visitors, answers the telephone, and relays calls to the proper department and will perform a variety of related clerical duties. This position reports to the Business Office Manager.

Duties

Greet residents and provides general assistance to family members, visitors, prospective residents and families.
Use proper telephone skills.
Maintains visitor sign in/out book.

Maintain a clean reception area

Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.

Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families and coworkers.
Performs other duties as assigned .
